As you know, throughout the summer I shared photos that were virtual tours of communities in Newfoundland and Labrador, but I did continue to photograph wildflowers, trees and forest animals during my hikes. The blue flag iris grows wild all around my home in Holyrood. It is a very beautiful wildflower that adds colour to the wetlands that I hike over most days in the summer. Of course, I photograph these flowers every year!
