Burin Peninsula 24

Burin Peninsula 24

Today's photos were taken in the town of Parker's Cove on the Burin Peninsula. To be honest, I couldn't remember hearing of this town before. With a population of around 300, this small community had a very photogenic and protected marina with several fishing stages, a few of which were very well-maintained.

By the time we reached Parker's Cove, it was getting late and we still had a three hour drive to get home so we decided we would go down just one more road. Tomorrow I will start the last series on the Burin Peninsula.

Photos of the Day are for sale as stock photographs
and photographic enlargements.
They can also be purchased as slide shows
and/or wallpapers/screensavers.
