Calvert





Calvert

Calvert is a small community located on the Southern Shore of the Avalon Peninsula. The town was originally called Capelin Cove and settlers were recorded there as far back as the mid-1600's. The town was later called Calvert after Sir George Calvert, founder of the Colony of Avalon.
