Cape Bonavista - Seascapes 3

Cape Bonavista - Seascapes 3

This is the last in the Cape Bonavista Seascapes Series.  Over the past three days I have shared 35 photos of the rocky cliffs around the tip of the Bonavista Peninsula and, if you haven't been there, you are now aware of how rugged the coastline really is.

I included photos with people walking the cliffs so you can also see that it is fairly easy to walk around to have a better look.  In fact you can see very little of what I have shown if you just drive out to the lighthouse and back.  I think the jagged cliffs are part of the experience and encourage you to walk around a bit to experience it for yourselves - if you're ever out that way.

For those of you who are not from Newfoundland and Labrador, you can probably understand why some residents call the island part of our province 'The Rock!"

If you are interested in photos of Seascapes, you are invited to view 7 separate Seascape Galleries on my web site: http://www.lanephotography.com/seascapes/seascapes.htm

Feel free to share today's photos with family and friends.
