Flowers












Flowers

It has been snowing outside since 10:00 AM yesterday morning and, according to the forecast, we'll probably get another 5 - 10 cm (2.5 - 5 inches) before it stops.  Add rain, freezing rain and ice pellets to the mix and you will realize its been a BAD two days which has brought nearly 50 cm (20 inches) of snow around here. 


As a result of this late winter storm, I decided to share a sequence of flowers photos taken at The Holland Nurseries in St. John's around this time of the year around 10 years ago.  Hopefully the colours will help encourage us all to think Spring!!
