Pied-billed Grebe









Pied-billed Grebe
 
I photographed this bird in Florida and have identified it as an immature pied-billed grebe.  I may be incorrect and will appreciate a correct identification.
 

As I was making these photos, it leaned back and seemed to scratch its back, probably preening its back feathers.  I’ve uploaded 10 photos of this bird to my Blog today.
